Steve Dolzall

Starting his career spraying undercoating on school bus bodies, Since then he has held virtually every position in manufacturing up to General Manager of a large, multi-plant manufacturer. He attended the Crosby Quality College and has applied Six Sigma techniques in machining, fabrication and assembly operations. Steve also has experience in facility planning and plant layout. Mr. Dolzall is available for long-term implementation assignments.

McCain Koo

High energy and enthusiasm characterizes McCain,s approach to his projects. An experienced teacher and expert in Total Quality and SPC, McCain now directs his energies beyond SPC to the full range of Lean techniques. He learned the Toyota Production System from Yoshihito Wakamatsu and Tessuo Kondo, original disiples of Taichii Ohno. Quarterman Lee, P.E.

"Q" started his career at the fountainhead of Lean Manufacturing, Ford Motor Company. He has worked in foundries, paper mills and a window manufacturing plant in positions from Engineer to Plant Manager. Since 1977 he has been consulting, training and writing. Lourdes Menendez

Lourdes is our expert in Socio-Technical Systems-the integration of technological processes with human performance. She is an enthusiastic and dynamic trainer in Five-S, Team Development, Quality, Leadership and Lean Manufacturing.

Ms. Menendez has held management positions in manufacturing firms including Plant Manager of a plating operation. She holds a BS in Communication with a major in Industrial Engineering. As Kellogg Foundation Fellow, she has done research and training on leadership in Latin America, the Caribbean and the U.S. Lourdes has assisted many firms to improve quality and productivity in commercial baking, construction equipment, plastics, textiles, service and other industries. A native of Puebla, Mexico she has resided in Boston and Dallas for many years and is fluent in Spanish and English. More>>

Greg Paupst

Greg Paupst is a results-oriented executive with an extensive career in operations and business development. His experience includes start-up enterprises, quality/business systems implementation, and strategic international partnership development. He has a an executive level background in labour relations, engineering, sales and marketing, manufacturing, and cross-cultural negotiation. Greg has implemented Lean Manufacturing in many firms and constructed several greenfield facilities in the U.S. and Mexico. More>>

William N. Nelson

Will has over 20 years of experience in Biomechanics, Ergonomics, Human Factors and Product Development. Past work includes customized training for injury prevention; ergonomic job analysis, human factors, CTD analysis and workstation design. He has worked with Olympic athletes to optimize body dynamics and analyze U.S. National team members versus foreign teams.

Will has an M.B.A from Rockhurst University and M.S. and B.S.M.E. degrees from  Purdue University. He was on the U.S. Olympic Rowing Team in 1978 and has been a U.S. Olympic Committee Sports Science Consultant

Ed Phillips

Ed is Vice President of Strategos, Inc. His career has included lean manufacturing and distribution, plant relocation and consolidation, process improvement, site selection, industrial and manufacturing engineering, materials handling mechanization, industrial facilities planning and optimization, plant and warehouse layout, and logistics. Mr. Phillips has wide experience across many industries and includes micro-miniature machined parts and semi-conductors to Boeing 747 aircraft. He is past chairman of the Materials Handling Engineering Division of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) and the author of the book "Manufacturing Plant Layout"More>>

Brad Snyder

Brad is an ASQ certified Six Sigma Black Belt. He is also an experienced consultant in Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma and has worked as an employee in both manufacturing and staff positions.
