How It Works

In The Kanban Simulation Game, you lead a workcell team and plan daily  production. Each day, you must keep your unpredictable customers satisfied. But, capacity is limited and so is inventory space.

You explore different scheduling tactics and see the effects on inventory and customers. You learn about balancing setups with quick response. You experience the thrill of success and the anxiety of impending doom. 

By changing cell capacity and Kanban size, you learn about the relationships between inventory, capacity, and tactics.
