NAVSUP 529 was prepared by The Sims Consulting Group for the U.S. Navy. This publication has become the de facto standard for all Department of Defense warehouses. While published originally in 1983, the procedures are timeless, information is surprisingly current and even the cost data is still relevant for comparison.
